I specialise in helping individuals, couples and triads practicing ENM explore the complex terrain of any type of non monogamy. I've been non monogamous myself for over 10 years and have both personal and professional experience!

l like to think of my therapy practice as a safe, co-created space. A container for exploration, growth and change. A virtual or in person space you can return to on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on your needs.

As an integrative therapist & clinical psychologist, I like to draw from a wide range of approaches depending on the issue at hand.
