About the Therapist
I have extensive experience of working with LGBTQIA+ people to support them with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress and relationship issues, including issues around non-monogamy. I have an integrative approach and can help you to overcome your problems in a friendly, accepting and non-judgemental environment.I am trans, queer, neurodivergent and non-monogamous. I understand how difficult life can be for queer and neurodivergent people and can support you to make the changes that you would like to see in your life.I have been practicing as a counsellor for over ten years in a variety of different settings. I am available for appointments in person in Glasgow, online or over the phone.

I am an integrative therapist and have experience of using approaches including person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, compassion focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
