About the Therapist
My path to becoming a psychotherapist began with my own transformational experience in therapy. I was drawn to explore some of life’s big questions—about meaning, freedom, and power —and that journey continues to inform my work with others.
I bring to my practice a unique perspective as someone who has made a home in the UK as an immigrant. My own experiences of navigating cultural differences, identity, and belonging shape how I connect with clients.
Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working in the corporate world.

I am an integrative therapist, which means that I tailor my approach to each client and explore themes that come up in therapy through multiple lenses. There is no absolute truth when it comes to being human and having access to a range of psychotherapeutic modalities allows therapy to be as rich as our experiences.
I work in a relational way, with undertones of existential psychotherapy, which frames my sessions as an encounter between two human beings. I walk alongside my clients as they bring whatever feels most present to them, even if that is an absence of feeling, or a confusing not-knowing. We collaboratively try to make sense of thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations as we dive deeper and how they are connected to past experiences, significant others, power structures, cultural context and to the therapeutic relationship. Exploring the meaning of feelings and understanding how they relate to the different aspects of one’s past and present can open up new possibilities for the future – a freedom to make different choices and the potential for real, lasting change.
Both my personal values and clinical practice are queer and trans-affirming, and I am committed to providing an anti-oppressive space. Â
