About the Therapist
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy. I work within BACP ethics and guidelines and have a commitment to continuous professional development.
I am based in Soho in central London and provide a space for you to express your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can explore the origins of these feelings and navigate how this affects your self perception and interaction with others. I offer an authentic, empathic nature while holding a deep regard for you as an individual, your lived reality and experiences.

As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I combine different approaches tailored to my clients as unique individuals. Building trust and developing a deep therapeutic relationship is the bedrock of my counselling approach. I am adept at creating space for a person’s innate desire to develop and I combine this with a psychodynamic approach to broaden awareness and prompt questions, which assists clients to grow and develop beyond their past.
I have extensive experience working with people who are carrying trauma, assisting clients to process their experiences and live a more authentic life.
