I am a Gestalt trained therapist who supports individuals and groups to live their lives to the fullest. My practice is a trauma informed practice, and I bring a decade’s worth of experience of working with survivors of sexual and domestic violence. I pull on my own experiences of being an immigrant to ground my practice in a culturally competent lens. Being a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and being neurodivergent underpins my practice as it shapes my way of being in the world. I’m curious as to what shapes your sense of self and look to explore how we exist in relation to others in the world.

Experience and approach:

I have a postgraduate degree in Gestalt psychotherapy. I also bring over a decade’s experience in social justice movements. For the last 8 years my work has focused on trauma work specifically in the fields of sexual abuse and drugs and alcohol. I work relationally using what is happening between us to help you make sense of what happens while relating to others. My goal is to help you raise your awareness so that you have a choice of what comes next. I work to raise your own awareness of your body and help to create more body literacy as a form of understanding yourself better.

I have experience of working with Kink and BDSM, sex workers, Ethical Non -Monogamy(ENM)/Polyamory, addiction, childhood sexual abuse, Domestic and sexual violence, and working with GRSD.
