I help people of all genders connect to their bodies through the medium of therapeutic touch, body focusing, and nondirective coaching. My toolbox includes a variety of somatic exercises that support the finding of each client’s personal boundaries, inform their understanding of consent, and guide them to (re)discover their unique relationship with pleasure.

Experience and approach:

My personal exploration of freedom from gender socialisation and healing chronic pain informs my approach to supporting my clients in connecting to patterns imprinted on them by others, and lovingly alchemising them. This allows my clients to show up in the world as a freer, more authentic version of themselves, unencumbered by shoulds and musts.

Rather than stand-alone separate offerings, I provide various ways to work with me. In our first call, we'll discuss your needs and which specific offerings could best support you. It could end up being a bit of a mix and match of a few different offerings, rather than selecting just one. You may like to see the following selection as a menu.
