Originally from Australia, I have been living in the UK for 15 years and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Together with my work in a bereavement service and an anxiety & depression focused charity, I bring many years of experience from high-pressure corporate environments into my practice, which gives me a grounded understanding of leadership demands, work-related stress, burnout, work/life balance challenges and midlife uncertainty. I understand how easy it can be to carry responsibility while quietly struggling underneath.
I recognise that sexuality, gender identity and relationships can be deeply personal and at times, difficult to explore without fear of misunderstanding, rejection or judgement.
