As a coach-therapist, I'm able to effectively combine a coaching attitude underpinned with a therapeutic approach. This means that, where coaching touches the personal, and it often does, we can work together to unpick what's going on in a psychologically safe and supported environment.Â

I have spent over 20 years working in large global organisations, focusing on equality, diversity and inclusion. Following my qualification as a psychotherapist in 2019, I undertook further training as an executive coach in 2021 as I felt that the two skills are complementary, and would enable me to work in a more holistic way with clients who were working on workplace issues. As a diversity and inclusion practitioner, I worked extensively with individuals on all areas of diversity, which has ensured that I have a comprehensive understanding of those areas where I do not have direct experience, and also of where diverse characteristics intersect.Â
I charge £150 for a 60 minute coaching session. This is usually conducted online via Zoom, although we can also work face to face.Â
