I completed training as a supervisor in September 2025 with the Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy, using a supervision model which works for coaching as well as psychotherapy.

Experience and approach:

I spent over 20 years working in large global organisations, focusing on equality, diversity and inclusion. Following my qualification as a psychotherapist in 2019, I undertook further training as an executive coach in 2021 as I felt that the two skills are complementary, and would enable me to work in a more holistic way with clients who were working on workplace issues. 

I bring my therapeutic training into the coaching space to enable effect deep work which explores the intersection between present and past, meaning that my coaching work looks backwards to understand the now, as well as being forward-looking.

I charge £100 for a 60 minute coaching session. This is usually conducted online via Zoom/GoogleMeet, although we can also work face to face. 

For coaching, unlike more open-ended therapy, we would normally contract for a fixed number of sessions.
