I am a psychotherapist and accredited coach with many years experience in substance misuse and recovery. I am Head of Clinical Supervision in the specialty addiction charity, Controlling Chemsex and so have particular expertise and experience in providing Chemsex or PnP support for gay men and other men who have sex with men (MSM), and with the main chemsex drugs, crystal meth (tina or t), GHB, and mephedrone among others.

I offer psychoanalytically informed executive and personal coaching and mentoring for professional services workers and other senior executives. My work focuses on understanding and achieving your potential, and includes subjects such as leading for high performance, managing personal and organisational change, finding meaning and purpose in life and work, leading in diverse environments, managing stress and overwhelm, and building emotional intelligence. I am different from other coaches as I offer a unique perspective and insight. I combine extensive training in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic thinking and practice with decades of experience holding very senior leadership positions in complex multinational organisations.
