I am a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and systemic sex therapist specializing in GSRD (Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity). Based in Berlin and online, I support individuals and multi-person setups, particularly LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, and kink-positive clients. My approach combines scientifically grounded methods like CBT, systemic couples therapy, and sex therapy with mindfulness principles.
