Welcome, I’m Tom. I’m a therapist who works with adults looking to make meaningful changes in their lives. Many of the people I work with are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, identity questions, low self-esteem, existential concerns, or are in the midst of major life changes. Others come to therapy to explore themselves more deeply, to challenge and change unhelpful behaviours, or to navigate parenting struggles. I have particular experience supporting queer communities and neurodivergent individuals, and I tailor our work to meet your unique needs, wants and goals. This work is about helping you move forward, with greater
Hi, I’m Nikki (She/They). I am a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR therapist who aims to provide a non-judgmental, curious and collaborative space. I draw upon a range of therapeutic models such as compassion focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy as well as cognitive behavioural therapy too. I offer face to face sessions in Brighton (BN2) and also online working. I am passionate about working alongside people to enable them to achieve meaningful, long-lasting change by using evidence-based psychological therapy. I have experience working with a large range of mental health difficulties over the last 10 years; both within the NHS
Hi there! My name is Cheryl (she/her), I’m a neurodivergent, queer, and feminist person-centred counsellor. I have been ethically and consensually non-monogamous in my relationships for almost 20 years and am part of my local polyam and kink communities. Before counselling, I worked for almost a decade in a Rape Crisis Centre in various roles, offering trauma-informed, person-centred and empowering emotional and practical support to survivors of sexual and domestic violence, which has heavily informed my practice as a counsellor.
Hi there, I’m Georgia. Whoever you are, whatever your story may be, I would like to extend a warm welcome to my page! I offer a compassionate, friendly and LGBTQ+ affirmative space for people of all backgrounds. I help people struggling with anxiety, illness and identity to feel more at ease and able to live the life that they want to in a way that is authentic to them. I help people to deal with the challenges that life brings and to support them in making the changes that they would like to, with an attitude of curiosity and compassion.
I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space, where my clients can explore their concerns at their own pace. I support my clients with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, bereavement, bereavement by suicide, abuse, eating disorders, LGBTQI+, race, neurodiversity, disability, relationship/family issues, work stress and trauma.
Looking for a therapist can be a daunting experience, especially if things are tough for you right now, but you have taken the first step! I have experienced many times, both as a counsellor and personally in therapy, how people begin to feel less burdened and overwhelmed in their life when they feel really heard and accepted without judgement or criticism. I believe that the counselling relationship is a collaborative and dynamic process, and I am always receptive to feedback, as it can shape the dynamic between us. In therapy, sometimes things can feel worse before it feels more manageable.
I’m experienced in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness or sex and relationship difficulties. I’m a lead psychologist for NHS services and have a background in specialist services for sexual health. I understand how looking for a therapist can be daunting, possibly quite overwhelming. I therefore offer a free initial telephone consultation of 15-20 minutes. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what you’re struggling with and how I could help before deciding whether to book further sessions. I’m currently accepting new clients for online therapy on weekday evenings.
I’m a qualified therapist working online, supporting adults facing anxiety, depression and low mood, anger, bereavement, low self-esteem, racism and discrimination, complex trauma, stress and sex and relationship problems – and I’m confident that, together, we can find a way forward. I identify as a gay man.Â
You didn’t expect your life to look this way. You’re numb, lonely, or overwhelmed. Distraction at work or doom-scrolling for hours at home has you worried about your mental health. You feel highly triggered by everyday occurrences and are shaken by your reactions.  You want to feel more confident and able to take greater social and career risks. You want to feel calmer and able to handle everyday stresses with greater ease. Â
I don’t view the world with heteronormative eyes and I certainly don’t in the therapy room. I’m a therapist passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore who they are and what they need. I also specialise in working with clients who are neurodivergent or those who who suspect that they are. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can share openly, and feel truly understood. I support LGBTQ+ individuals by embracing their authentic selves and finding confidence in their identities.Â
