My name is Reema (she/her) and I’m an online mental health practitioner for adults and adolescents. I have extensive experience working with people who are ADHD, autistic, and/or have anxiety, chronic pain and complex trauma. I prefer an empathetic, open and collaborative approach to my work, with a focus on compassion and freedom of expression without judgment. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, EMDR, hypnotherapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and somatic work.
