I am passionate about providing a space of holding for LGBTQIA+ clients from which a deeper self-knowledge and healing can be realised. I work at depth with clients who are ready to take the courageous step to become more intimate with themselves, whether in crisis or in need of the company of another mind and heart to be alongside you as you learn how to live in greater alignment with yourself and your values. I am sensitive to the toll on queer, neurodivergent, trans and POC bodyminds.

I’ve been a relationship and identity focused psychotherapist for 20+ years, specialising in relationship diversity since 2018 when my own relationship journey changed course. I am a neurodivergent (Dx ADHD) bisexual cis woman who has practised various versions of ENM/CNM. As a BICA accredited fertility counsellor I have worked with LGBTQI+ families since 2014, often at the intersection with neurodivergence and diverse family structures (eg polycules, co-parenting). An additional area of interest is AI – I’m part of a global Mental Health Collective exploring AI in a relational context, both parasocial and where it impacts human relationships (helping or harming)

I am a Northern Irish LGBTQ+ affirmative counsellor, who works both short and long term with clients online. I am here to support you in navigating life’s challenges and working through patterns and behaviours which may be holding you back. I believe we all know within ourselves what is right for us but it can take time and understanding to be able to find this out.
