I offer a holistic, existential therapy informed by the enduringly radical concepts of congruence, empathic understanding and non-judgemental acceptance. Staying present in a traumatising world of constant distractions is a universal challenge for us all. My way of working with dis-ease recognises the complexities that exist within, between and around us and how we experience ourselves over time. I am interested in the intersections of existence, how privilege and othering shift in different contexts to either empower or constrain us and how we make sense of that and also deepen our awareness of our impact on others.  

I am an integrative psychotherapist, group facilitator and Film & TV welfare consultant based in St Leonards and London, offering therapy online and in person. I am a member of the BACP and accredited with UKCP. I provide LGBTQ+ affirmative talking therapy, supporting queer, trans and neurodivergent clients with grief, bereavement, identity, trauma, burnout and life transitions. I work relationally and collaboratively, drawing on integrative, trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
