I am Milo and I am a queer, trans nonbinary, neurodivergent counsellor working online. I am person-centred at my core and approach topics like gender, sexuality, kink and non-monogamy in a gentle and non-judgmental way. Hi I’m Helen. I am a qualified Person-centred therapist with experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and their families. I am bi-sexual, and although my sexuality was confusing at the time, this was not the reason I, myself, went to therapy. People need someone to talk to for many reasons, and while I am trained and experienced, I will not be able to know everything, but I am working constantly to learn more. My values are inclusive and I am able to adjust my approach based on your needs.

My practice flourishes because I create a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone, and believe in and support the experiences of underrepresented people.  I have 7 years of experience as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor working at depth, and am fully accredited with the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). If you are trying to find your way through, but facing issues around your sexual, relationship or gender identity, either within you or from the outside world, you will find a space here that is affirming and inclusive. I work with individuals over 18.
