My 24 years’ specialist experience has focused on helping people heal from trauma and loss, PTSD and CPTSD, depression and low mood, anxiety and phobias, OCD, and go from struggle to strength… to actually thriving and enjoying their relationship with themselves, others and with life. A big part of my current work is helping gender questioning people and people with high sensitivity and/or ADHD, OCD, CPTSD and find clearer, more uplifting and more nourishing paths

My practice flourishes because I create a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone, and believe in and support the experiences of underrepresented people.  I have 7 years of experience as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor working at depth, and am fully accredited with the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). If you are trying to find your way through, but facing issues around your sexual, relationship or gender identity, either within you or from the outside world, you will find a space here that is affirming and inclusive. I work with individuals over 18.
