My name is Sarah Hawthorn and I am part of the LGBTQ+ community. I am a BACP Registered Therapist I have first hand experience of how helpful therapy can be when navigating who we are and how we feel. I have lived experience of some of the feelings and emotions that therapy can help support. I have experience in working with adults and young people who are navigating their world as it is and the emotions surrounding their identity. I have worked with people who are wanting to explore their feelings and the impact on their family and social settings.
