I’m a queer therapist offering EMDR and relational therapy for LGBTQIA+, trans and non-binary, and neurodivergent clients living with complex trauma, dissociation, identity pain, and burnout. Clients often come to me feeling stuck in patterns that don’t make sense—repeating relationships, sensory overload, deep shame, or frozen grief.  Some know they have trauma. Others just know something isn’t working. Many are navigating ADHD, autism, queerness, chronic anxiety, or being misdiagnosed for years.
