Hi there, welcome and thank you for your visit. My name is Bonnie, I am a queer, bilingual Chartered Clinical Psychologist. In my practice, I prioritise co-creating a safe space where your life’s complexities can be explored with compassion, curiosity, and sensitivity. Whether you wish to explore how your early life experiences have impacted your present attachments and relationships or seek support for major life changes, self-esteem issues, or challenges related to living with HIV, my aim is to support and guide you through an unflinching exploration of your experiences, helping you lay down some of the burdens you carry
Hi, I’m Eva (E) Monxy – an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I am a Queer & Transgender therapist originally from East London (UK), and I now work online across the UK and internationally, with both individuals and those in relationships. My practice draws on various therapeutic approaches and strategies in order to tailor the work to your specific needs, including Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Somatic and Parts-based Approaches. I aim to co-create a space with my clients that values autonomy, self-determination, and growth.
As a mother in a same-sex relationship, I understand the unique challenges faced by the LGBT community and I can help you to navigate them. I have extensively worked with LGBTQIA+ clients exploring their life experiences, sexuality and gender identities so you don’t have to face this alone—I’m here for you. If you are feeling stuck in a cycle of anxiety, depression or struggling with ADHD, low self-esteem, or family issues – I’m here to support you.
I work with ancestral patterns and transgenerational trauma through hypnosis and spiritual self-development. This work takes the roots of an issue further back than our own lifetime and understands the deeper cultural and inherited beliefs we carry, allowing us to release or transform energy and beliefs which hold us back.
I’m a qualified therapist working online, supporting adults facing anxiety, depression and low mood, anger, bereavement, low self-esteem, racism and discrimination, complex trauma, stress and sex and relationship problems – and I’m confident that, together, we can find a way forward. I identify as a gay man.Â
You didn’t expect your life to look this way. You’re numb, lonely, or overwhelmed. Distraction at work or doom-scrolling for hours at home has you worried about your mental health. You feel highly triggered by everyday occurrences and are shaken by your reactions.  You want to feel more confident and able to take greater social and career risks. You want to feel calmer and able to handle everyday stresses with greater ease. Â
Hi, I’m Mamta, an experienced accredited therapist and life coach working with individuals and couples who are experiencing emotional challenges, helping you find your way forward and achieve your goals. I work in a way that is affirming, accepting and empathetic. I will help you navigate internal conflicts and challenges in a pressure-free, supportive space recognising intersectionality and keeping your emotional safety at the heart of the process. My practice is neuroaffirmative, sex positive and kink friendly.
April 2024 – I have some limited availability for clients who can attend a daytime appointment in Hackney. I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in working with LGBTQ+ clients and people with long-term health conditions and disabilities. I am based in London and work within the NHS and have a part-time private practice where I offer consultation and evidence-based therapy online. I have worked in the field of mental and physical health since 2008. Accessibility, flexibility and social consciousness are important parts of my practice.
Currently I don’t have availability for new clients. I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and my approach to therapy has been informed by both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, alongside attention to what our bodies might hold and can tell us. This means that as well as recognising you as the expert on your own experiences, we may look back at some of your early and family history and how those relationships may be influencing what is happening for you in the present.
I am a qualified, BACP-accredited integrative therapist with a warm and collaborative approach. I have a wide range of experience working in the charity sector and more than 20 years experience working within the LGBTQIA community. I work with individual adults. The therapeutic approaches I use are: Integrative Humanistic Psychodynamic Relational
