Hi, I’m Jay, a counsellor working in Cornwall & online. I love this work, I love helping people who need a place to be themselves, in a way that the world so often doesn’t want to allow. People say I’m calm, warm and easy to trust and I hope I can be that for you too. I have ten years experience working as a counsellor, a lot of that time with people from the queer community. I’m qualified to help you with anxiety, depression, relationships and loss. My own story helps me understand yours, I get that for some people
I’m a queer, non-binary counsellor and parent working in East London. I focus on helping people to connect more fully with themselves, each other and the world around them. My experience is broad and includes working with health issues, sexuality, gender identity and relationships. My background is working in the LGBTIQ+ and homeless sectors. I have 20 years experience in front line support work across these sectors and am a cofounder and director at The Outside Project. I’m interested in a range of ideas and experiences, in particular the mind-body connection, transformative experiences and wild therapy. I am also passionate

My name is Caro. I’m a counsellor and psychotherapist with over 20 years experience working in diversity and inclusion. I’ve helped people manage workplace stress, sort out who they are, explore coming out, work through the complexities of gender transition, grieve for their parents and partners and pets, shout their way through anger and frustration, and address their addictive behaviours. I offer therapy face to face, online via Zoom or WhatsApp, and by phone.
Hi Everyone. I’m Rich (he/they). My practice as a therapist is part of my commitment to help people live their lives with more vibrancy, agency and compassion. Although based in Buddhist psychological theory, my work is also integrative – so I will work with you, using whatever approaches suit you and your needs. I offer a safe, deeply grounded and non-judgemental space with an emphasis on mindful acceptance, on exploring identity and on the opening up of new perspectives.
Perhaps you are navigating a troubling time, that comes with difficult and unwelcome feelings such as anxiety, heartbreak, loneliness. Maybe a relationship is ending; you are in the shock of bereavement, a quarter or mid-life threshold, going through the menopause, experiencing loneliness. Maybe you want to explore your identity and who you really are and this might feel risky. Or maybe you feel overwhelmed by the array of identities, and your own unknowing. Maybe you yearn for change, but it eludes you.
I am a qualified, BACP-registered counsellor based in London and Greece. I am also a transgender man and recently a parent of twins; my preferred pronouns are ‘he/him/his’.
Hi there, I’m Georgia. Whoever you are, whatever your story may be, I would like to extend a warm welcome to my page! I offer a compassionate, friendly and LGBTQ+ affirmative space for people of all backgrounds. I help people struggling with anxiety, illness and identity to feel more at ease and able to live the life that they want to in a way that is authentic to them. I help people to deal with the challenges that life brings and to support them in making the changes that they would like to, with an attitude of curiosity and compassion.
Thanks for visiting my page. If you are here, I expect you are thinking of having counselling and perhaps considering me to be your counsellor. I decided to become a counsellor after my own journey as a client. I found talking to someone and feeling understood and seen was a really powerful and positive experience. It helped me gain new awareness and perspective about myself and my relationships, enabling me to implement positive changes to my life. I sing with the Manchester Proud Chorus as well as being a member of other LGBT Groups.
