My work is relational, collaborative and trauma informed, with a strong focus on safety, choice and awareness.  You may be coming to therapy because you are holding a lot on your own – perhaps trauma, identity questions, relationship difficulties, or a sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I offer a calm and respectful space where we can slow things down, explore what’s happening for you, and find ways forward that feel authentic and manageable.
