As an HCPC accredited therapist, I have many years of experience working with people encountering adversity and pain. Issues include trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, bullying, relationships, sexuality, low self esteem and grief. I have over 7 years experience working with addiction and general psychiatric issues in residential rehabs and counselling services. I have witnessed countless people transform their lives through Psychotherapy, EMDR and Life Span Integration therapy.

I currently have spaces open – in person: Monday pm, Wednesday day, video : Tuesday, Thursday.  I have been working as a BACP accredited therapist for nearly 2 decades and have extensive training and experience with GSRD: couples, poly (enm) and individuals, utilising integrative, person centred, psychodynamic psychotherapy / counselling. My training was initially undertaken at the Tavistock in Swiss Cottage, London. I work in private practice and have had many years of experience within a busy NHS setting.
