Hello, I’m Gabriela a counsellor/ psychotherapist focusing on helping to empower my clients by using a Person centered approach. I focus on clients needs, understanding each individuals unique experiences and qualities and together working towards the best version of yourself. I worked in my Private Practice since 2018 and my passion is to help people that are misunderstood, overlooked or just need to re-discover their strength, confidence and potential! I have a lovely room where I work from but also offer walk and talk sessions that my clients find very beneficial.
