As a queer and non-binary individual, my connection to the LGBTQ+ community holds immense significance in both my personal and professional life. This connection drives my passion for creating inclusive and affirming spaces within therapy, where individuals can explore their identities, experiences, and emotions in a safe and validating environment 

I am an experienced therapist with a postgraduate diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling and Accredited membership with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. With over ten years of experience in the field of mental health – seven as a counsellor and psychotherapist – I warmly invite you to explore my page to see if I might be of help. Integrating the Gestalt and Existential approaches to therapy, the space I offer is safe, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I am a gay man and have worked as a therapist with clients from the LGBTQ+ community for many years.

I’m Maria (she/her) – an intersectional queer, neurodivergent (ADHD), disabled, fat and polyam woman. I’m a BACP-accredited integrative therapist working with children, young people and adults.  My focus is on offering a compassionate, accepting, empathic, nonjudgmental space that is radically focused on you. I offer in person sessions in Brighton & Hove and online sessions for humans elsewhere. I believe that: You were born good and innocent. You are not broken and you don’t need fixing.
