I have worked with a significant number of LGBTQI+ individuals in the 15 years since qualifying and love working within this community. I have particular specialism in relationships, minority stress, resilience and the potential for creativity and joy.

My approach is collaborative. I work relationally with clients towards creating long lasting changes and provide a space for the client to explore personal and relational concerns in a secure and non-judgemental environment.  Together, we will investigate current challenges or deep-seated issues which may present as a difficulty in identifying and expressing emotions, feelings of being estranged from needs, or a sense of being stuck. We will work towards new experiences in behaviour, thoughts and emotions. 

I work in Private Practice from Farringdon and New Cross Gate. ​I identify as queer and genderfluid.  After starting my working life as an actor, I began my counselling journey over 30 years ago as a Samaritan volunteer and spent 10 years working as a Counselling Supervisor at ChildLine. I managed METRO charity’s LGBTQIA+ Counselling service for 11-25 year olds, as well being responsible for covering the adult service.
