Hi, I’m Peter, a qualified integrative therapist with experience working with a diverse range of clients. My practice provides a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work. I’m committed to offering compassionate, tailored support, with a focus on meeting the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals. I am experienced and easy to talk to, and work with empathy and acceptance of difference, and the struggles we face in being human. This is my foundation as a psychotherapist. My focus is on appreciating each person’s emotional landscape, and attending to aspects that may be causing difficulty. I have identified as lesbian/gay/queer since I was 20 and lived as part of London’s diverse queer scene since then. I am familiar with the pleasures and pains of being LGBTQ+, and the changing cultural terrain.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor working predominately with 18-40 year olds who might be struggling with depression, anxiety, sexuality or gender identity struggles and/or self-esteem or low confidence. I work in a relational and person-centred way to help you feel more yourself or feel like you are living life in a more fulfilling way. Working with you, I can help you to explore the reasons or the roots of what might be troubling you to feel more like yourself, calmer and better equipped to handle life’s daily challenges.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can express your thoughts and feelings, helping you to manage and contain your difficulties and empower you to explore and make sense of and understand your struggles. By placing an individual’s needs first, I tailor my approach to suit each client using a mixture of verbal, art, and dyadic psychotherapy.
