Welcome! My name is Benoit, and I am a psychotherapist and existential analyst. I help individuals and couples understand themselves, recover from difficulties, and discover new ways to live joyfully and creatively.  Psychotherapy with me will offer you a trusted space and time that you may not find elsewhere in your life to explore who you are, how you are in the world, and the way forward. 

I’m experienced in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness or sex and relationship difficulties. I’m a lead psychologist for NHS services and have a background in specialist services for sexual health. I understand how looking for a therapist can be daunting, possibly quite overwhelming. I therefore offer a free initial telephone consultation of 15-20 minutes. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what you’re struggling with and how I could help before deciding whether to book further sessions. I’m currently accepting new clients for online therapy on weekday evenings.

My name is Matthew, I am a qualified integrative therapist working in-person in London, and online across the UK. My professional journey began in 2009 through completion of a certificate course in counselling skills and I have since graduated from a BSc (Hons) in Counselling, a degree accredited by the BACP where I am also a registered member.  My dissertation project was about the psychotherapeutic experiences of men engaged in chemsex, an area of particular interest to me.  I also have interest in the relationship between sexuality and religion, an area I hold developmental training for.

My counselling journey started a decade ago, not as a qualified counsellor, but as a client. By offering a judgment free space and the opportunity to be vulnerable, my therapist supported me on my journey of self-acceptance.
