While my initial training was with the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical guidelines and code of practice.  I’m deeply committed to helping people with a wide range of issues, especially those related to gender, sexuality, and relationships. I am an associate at Dynamic Change Consultants, a foremost London psychology practice, where I see clients privately. I also work at a large and renowned NHS Trust as a lead clinical psychologist in corporate wellbeing services. I specialise in staff wellbeing, organisational strategy and racial equity.                                                                              

From navigating trauma and distress, to exploring identity and intimacy, my practice is rooted in flexibility, collaborative trust, and evidence-based care. I believe that therapy allows you to take a more active role in understanding and experiencing your emotions, thoughts and beliefs. When we are not aware of our patterns, it can mean we act out certain behaviours, or experience certain feelings, without knowing why.
