Hi, I’m Lou.  I offer a warm, safe, and calming counselling experience. As an integrative counsellor, I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the autism and LGBTQ+ communities. I’m experienced in working with loss and grief, late-diagnosed autism and ADHD, and relationship trauma. Combining an intersectional lens with a trauma-sensitive approach, I help clients explore how their past and current relationships have shaped their understanding of themselves.
