My name is Ryan Bennett-Clarke and I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor working in Nottingham.  I identify as a cis-gender Gay man and have studied, lived and worked in Nottingham since 1999.  My model of Integrative Psychotherapy: –  Is a developmental-relational model, which draws on theories and interventions from Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Object-Relations therapy, Humanistic Psychotherapy,  Psychoanalytical Self-Psychology,Trauma-Focused therapy, and Mindfulness. –  Explores unconscious processes and unresolved conflicts (personal and relational) by bringing them in to your conscious awareness, thereby giving you power and the choice to do things differently. –  Aims to make sense of your past experiences

Welcome to my profile – I’m Claire – and firstly I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to search for a psychotherapist. It’s a really significant investment, and probably the most important thing is that you work with someone who you feel is a really good fit. For me, I think that the therapy relationship and use of that relationship is central to the success of the work. I work online via Zoom and also face-to-face in a location in the Park, Nottingham.
