I am an integrative relational therapist offering open-ended and short-term therapy in Shoreditch and online. I strive to create a warm, welcoming and collaborative space where you can feel safe to explore your feelings and experiences. I am a lesbian and deeply committed to providing an LGBTQ+ affirming environment where you can express yourself authentically, without judgment. I draw on a range of approaches and therapeutic models, allowing us to explore patterns in your life and relationships and consider how you are experiencing the present.  

As a psychotherapist, I am interested in what makes life worth living. Whatever you may be struggling with, I offer a warm and non-judgemental space for us to explore what might lie beneath it, in the unconscious. My training in psychoanalysis means my approach is centred around an invitation for you to speak freely, and that I will pay careful attention such that – together – we might come to better understand things like your childhood, traumatic experiences, challenging relationship patterns and desires. 

I’m a trans woman and I trained as a therapeutic counsellor because our community deserves help they can trust. We’ve all experienced having to explain ourselves to non-LGBTQ+ people who just don’t ‘get it’. I believe everyone deserves a therapist who understands them without judgement.

Alternatively, you may be feeling down and low and need support with processing your feelings and emotions.
