I’m an integrative counsellor, working Monday afternoons and some weekday evenings, offering counselling at a competitive rate. I have been working for an LGBT+ charity, offering counselling to a range of LGBTQIA+ individuals for over two years, particularly with gay men and women, as well as trans, non-binary and gender-non-conforming clients.

I’m a qualified and registered psychodynamic therapist, holding a Master’s in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, a rigorous three-year training programme. While my initial training was with the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I’m a trans woman and I trained as a therapeutic counsellor because our community deserves help they can trust. We’ve all experienced having to explain ourselves to non-LGBTQ+ people who just don’t ‘get it’. I believe everyone deserves a therapist who understands them without judgement.
