About the Therapist
In our work together, we’ll gently explore your feelings, needs, and personal narratives in a warm, non-judgmental space. There are no worksheets or homework here—just a collaborative process rooted in curiosity and understanding. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, but about helping you feel more at home in yourself.
Some of my clients experience anxiety or depression, while others are working through relationship difficulties, grief, or life transitions. Many are navigating questions about their identity, past experiences, or how to move forward in a way that feels authentic. Many of my clients are adults who feel like outsiders—whether that’s because of neurodiversity, personal history, or simply the way they see the world.

Diploma in Person Centred Counselling | Conwall College | 2024 |
I have a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling from Cornwall College and am a registered member with the BACP.
The person centred approach means we start from where you are, recognising that you are the authority in your own life. I offer non-judgmental curiosity about your experiences and and together we explore your feelings, thoughts, and patterns and how they affect your long-term goals in life.
