About the Therapist
Therapy That’s Real, Honest, and Human
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to meet you — fully, honestly, and without judgement. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and identity questions, especially within the LGBTQ+ community.
My foundation is person-centred, but I pull from whatever therapeutic tools help you move forward. No jargon. No clinical coldness. Just real connection. Therapy with me is about showing up as you are — messy, brilliant, uncertain, hopeful. I won’t pretend to have all the answers, but I will hold space for you to find yours. I believe in the power of being seen, heard, and understood.
I help people get real with themselves. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just plain lost — I offer a space where you can breathe, speak freely, and start making sense of it all. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity exploration, and the messy middle bits of life that don’t fit neatly into a box.
Whatever you're carrying it matters. And you matter. Therapy isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about being witnessed, understood, and supported as you find your way through. I offer a space where you can speak freely, feel deeply, and begin to reconnect with yourself.

My approach to therapy is person-centred, non-clinical, and grounded in genuine human connection. I can use other modalities such as CBT or psychodynamic depending on what your preference is.
I see therapy as a collaborative space where you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you rather than direct you.
Rather than working from a problem-focused model, I prioritise you as a whole person — your experiences, strengths, values, and the meaning you make of what you’re going through.
My work is guided by empathy, being real, and respect all within a safe environment.
