About the Therapist
I have experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, identity issues, relationships, sexuality, men's issues, loss, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, suicide ideation, self-harm and PTSD.
I have worked with people who identify as - Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Non-binary. In addition, I have experience working with issues such as discrimination, coming out, identity, acceptance, self-image and self-acceptance.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), offering counselling and psychotherapy at counselling rooms in the centre of Manchester, online and outdoors in nature.
