About the Therapist
My personal journey has been shaped by complex trauma, neurodiversity, and gender dysphoria. Assigned male at birth and living as a trans woman for three years before embracing my fluidity, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by many in the LGBT+ community. My lived experiences with toxic shame, depersonalisation, chronic fatigue, depression, addiction, and self-harm have enriched my capacity for empathy and compassion, reinforcing my belief that every person has inherent value and that wisdom can be found everywhere.
In addition to my counselling practice, I volunteer with Psycare, a harm reduction service that provides welfare at festivals. I am passionate about dancing and have developed intuitive somatic practices.
I have a background in political activism, community organising and rave culture. In my free time I love to merge with nature - especially yew trees!

I bring a compassionate and integrative approach to my practice. Grounded in person-centred theory, my work is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
I am dedicated to creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients can feel respected and celebrated. I believe that we all possess the answers within ourselves, and there is profound power in being witnessed.
My goal is to help clients cultivate a sense of optimism, confidence, belonging, peace and wellbeing.
