Over the years, I have worked very successfully with hundreds of clients from a wide range of backgrounds. I am highly competent in working with a variety of common presenting issues including, but not limited to; anxiety (generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder), depression (low mood / feeling sad), stress, addiction, grief, self-esteem, phobias, relationship issues, abuse, self-harm, trauma and eating disorders. I work integratively to draw on conceptual frameworks from a number of theoretical bases including; person-centred, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), transactional analysis, narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and attachment theory.
