Experience and approach:

As a Clinical Supervisor, I specialise in supporting practitioners who work within the LGBTQIA+ and GSRD communities. I offer a secure base to reflect on the nuances of power, privilege, and identity in the therapy room.

My supervisory practice draws on two frameworks. The Developmental Model recognises that supervisees are not a homogenous group — your needs, confidence, and autonomy will shift over time, and I aim to attune my approach accordingly, offering more structure and support in earlier stages of development and greater collaborative challenge as your practice matures. Alongside this, the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision provides a rich, systemic lens through which we can examine not just your client work, but the relationship between you and your client, between us in the room, and the wider organisational and cultural contexts that shape everything we do.
