About the Therapist
If you feel that the very earliest relationships in your life, going back to being an infant have been damaged in some way and have created barriers for you in forming new relationships, then I think we will have space and time to work together on these. I am trained in Attachment theory from the Bowlby Centre. We can journey together at your pace, taking time to shed light on hidden/painful areas of the past
