Experience and approach:

I have been in private practice since 2017, with specialism in trauma therapy, including but not limited to the use of Integrated Eye Movement Therapy. (IEMT)

I have a deep appreciation for Jungian and Buddhistic approaches to understanding the mind. From mindfulness and self-awareness there is much to help us accept who we are and build more fulfilling relationship through the acceptance of others

I also work with people that may have diagnoses of EUPD, NPD, BPD and Bipolar disorder. I do not believe that we should be pathologised by the labels others give us.

I was initially trained as an integrative counsellor, which is about having a wide range of perspectives on the human condition and an open-mind. Each individual has their own way of working towards their goals and needs, and my way of working is guided by you and your needs.
