About the Therapist
I have experience providing both short- and long-term therapy to adults and young people. My work spans NHS talking therapy services, secondary schools, and further education settings, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of issues and circumstances.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can be a difficult and courageous step. I believe in the power of vulnerability and the growth that can come from a strong therapeutic relationship. To help you take this first step, I offer a free 25-minute Zoom call. This gives us a chance to connect, explore your needs, and see if this feels like the right fit for you.

I offer a flexible approach tailored to your needs. We can work in a Person-Centred way, focusing on the here and now, or take a Psychodynamic perspective to explore how past experiences shape current behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. These approaches can also be combined integratively. Together, we’ll focus on your goals while you experience empathy, acceptance, and understanding.
