I offer a flexible approach tailored to your needs. We can work in a Person-Centred way, focusing on the here and now, or take a Psychodynamic perspective to explore how past experiences shape current behaviours, thoughts, and emotions. These approaches can also be combined.
Together, we’ll focus on your goals while you experience empathy, acceptance, and understanding.Â
A deeper exploration into unconscious relationship patterns can be valuable. A psychodynamic approach helps uncover how early childhood experiences shape our ways of relating, shedding light on why we are drawn to certain partners and how past dynamics influence our present relationships
For couples, we can also explore unconscious patterns of attraction rooted in early parental models—why we are drawn to certain people and how these dynamics play out in relationships. This concept is central to the IMAGO model, which helps couples recognize and transform these deep-seated patterns to foster deeper understanding and connection.
