Experience and approach:

My therapeutic approach is firmly rooted in collaboration and empowerment. I don’t sit in silence; I work actively as a team with you to deconstruct current struggles, safely establish consent boundaries, and build practical strategies for a more connected life.

Alongside my private practice, I work within the NHS as a specialist counsellor for depression. This clinical role keeps me at the forefront of evidence-based psychological therapies and gives me deep experience in helping individuals break out of debilitating cycles of low mood, hopelessness, and emotional stagnation.

I also bring five years of intensive experience working within and supporting sexual violence charities in the third sector. This background provides me with a deep, specialised understanding of complex trauma and the specific, delicate ways past experiences impact current physical and emotional intimacy.

Now specialising in Psychosexual Therapy, my practice focuses on helping clients resolve:

Intimacy & Desire Obstacles: Navigating low sexual arousal, mismatched desires within a relationship, or an inability to experience orgasm or ejaculate.
Physical & Performance Anxiety: Overcoming erectile changes, premature ejaculation, painful intercourse, or physical tension stemming from a fear of intimacy.
