About the Therapist
A little about me
I'm a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience across NHS and private practice settings, offering thoughtful, inclusive, and trauma-informed care. I work with both young people and adults, supporting them in navigating a range of psychological experiences — from anxiety, low mood, and trauma, to psychosexual and relational challenges, identity exploration, and the impacts of marginalisation.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to anti-oppressive practice and creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood. I believe in therapy as a collaborative process - one where we can make sense of your experiences together, at your pace.
Alongside private practice, I work in an NHS community-based service and have supported clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including those exploring sexual health, neurodivergence, racial identity, and experiences of discrimination. I work affirmatively with people of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures, and welcome you exactly as you are.

How can I support you
I have specialist experience in psychosexual therapy, shaped by my work in sexual health and psychosexual services. In our sessions, we’ll gently explore how early attachment, relational dynamics, trauma, or physical health challenges may be impacting your sense of self, sexuality, or intimacy. Together, we’ll meet the parts of you that carry hurt, fear, or shame, and build a deeper, more compassionate understanding of your sexual wellbeing.
Therapy is a space to pause and reflect - whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking change. Using trauma-informed approaches, psychosexual education, and behavioural techniques, I aim to support you in reconnecting with your body, your needs, and your capacity for meaningful connection - in a way that feels affirming, respectful, and safe. It’s not about having all the answers, but about giving yourself the space to explore with care and curiosity, with someone alongside you.
What to expect in your first session
Your first session is a gentle starting point - a space to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what kind of support you’re looking for, and what you hope to get from our work together.
It’s also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether it feels like a good fit. If we choose to continue, we’ll start thinking together about a plan that feels supportive and manageable for you.
You don’t need to prepare anything in advance - just find a quiet, comfortable space where you can speak freely. Whatever you’re carrying, it’s welcome here.
