I am a Clinical Psychologist with particular skills in working with trauma, emotional dysregulation, unusual experiences (e.g. psychosis), anxiety disorders and depression. I am experienced at working with neurodiversity. I am person-centred and try to work anti-oppressively, meaning that I think with people about injustice they may have experienced and how that might have impacted them, as part of our therapy. I work integratively, meaning that I draw on many different models as a therapist.
I identify as bisexual and queer.

I have worked in mental health since 2015. Prior to my doctoral training, I worked mainly in Forensic settings, but have also worked on inpatient ward, with older adults, with Mind, and on rehabilitation units. During training, I worked in adult mental health, learning disability, CAMHS and physical health settings. I have now worked most extensively in CAMHS, and with gender diverse young people and families.
