I have worked in mental health for over 15 years in the NHS and now work full time in private practice. I have experience of working in HIV services and working with many people from the LGBTQ+ community on a variety of issues including sexual relationships, self-acceptance, overcoming trauma.
I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology in 2017. I have been working in private practice since 2021. I draw from a number of psychological models in order to best support the person I am working with, including using acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), EMDR, and CBT.
