About the Therapist
Therapy with me is a conversation, not a performance. You don’t need to come in with a script or know exactly what you want to say. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work together to make sense of things at your pace.
I know that some people come to therapy after years of feeling unseen, excluded, or misunderstood. That’s why I offer a space where you won’t need to justify yourself. Whether you’re navigating gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, work stress, family history, or just the sheer weirdness of being human – you’re welcome here.
I’ll listen closely, reflect honestly, and support you in finding your own way forward. I won’t push, judge, or try to fix you – because you’re not broken. I’ll simply be alongside you as you explore what feels most important.

I’m a BACP accredited therapist with a person-centred approach, meaning I believe you already carry the seeds of your own healing – my role is to help create the conditions where those can grow.
I’ve worked extensively with a wide range of clients around things like anxiety, low mood, identity, shame, self-doubt, relationship issues, burnout, and trauma. I also support people through life transitions, grief, creative blocks, and the quieter experiences of loneliness or not feeling quite 'seen.' I'm drawn to the in-between places – the quieter, often unspoken parts we carry that don’t always have easy words.
Whether you come with a clear goal or just a vague sense that something needs to shift, we can start from there.
If this sounds like it might be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you. I offer a free 15-minute chat so you can get a feel for how I work
