About the Therapist
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are. I welcome people from all walks of life, including those who may have felt unseen or misunderstood in other spaces.
I know that seeking therapy can sometimes feel daunting, especially if you’ve had difficult experiences in the past. That’s why I prioritise creating a space where you feel safe enough to bring whatever’s on your mind—without pressure or expectation. Maybe you’re feeling lost, struggling with relationships, or carrying feelings that are hard to put into words.
I work collaboratively, meaning you won’t find one-size-fits-all advice here. Instead, I’ll listen deeply, reflect with you, and support you in finding your own way forward. My role isn’t to ‘fix’ you—because you’re not broken—but to walk alongside you as you explore what truly matters to you.

I’m an accredited therapist with experience supporting adults through all kinds of life experiences—things like anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, past trauma, and identity exploration. My approach is person-centred, which means I trust in your ability to grow and heal when you have the right space to do so.
Our sessions won’t follow a strict structure or a set formula. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are, listening with care and curiosity. Sometimes, that might mean making sense of difficult feelings. Other times, it could be about figuring out what you really want or need. However therapy unfolds, I’ll be there with warmth, honesty, and a belief in your ability to find your own way forward.
I work with a wide range of people, but I know that finding a therapist who truly gets your experiences can make all the difference. I have working and lived experience working with LGBTQIA+ people, neurodivergent adults, and people navigating relationships and identities that might not fit traditional expectations. I want therapy to feel like a place where you don’t have to explain or justify yourself—just a space where you can breathe and be.
If any of this sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you. I offer a free initial chat so you can get a feel for how I work and whether I’m the right therapist for you.
