You don’t need to come to therapy with a polished version of yourself. I offer a space that’s non-judgemental, collaborative, and grounded in trust. Some people I work with are navigating relationships, identity, or past trauma. Others are simply tired of holding everything in.

I know it can feel daunting to open up, especially if you’ve had to work hard to feel safe or understood. That’s why I’ll meet you with care, honesty, and zero pressure. I won’t sit in silence or tell you what to do – instead, we’ll gently explore what matters most to you, at your pace.

Experience and approach:

I’m a BACP-accredited therapist with experience supporting adults through all kinds of life challenges – from anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, to burnout, identity exploration, and feelings that are harder to name.

My approach is person-centred, which means I won’t impose structure or quick fixes. I believe in the power of being deeply heard – and that sometimes, healing starts with having your experience really witnessed.

I work affirmatively with LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent adults, and people whose lives or identities don’t always follow an expected path. I want therapy to be a place where you can breathe out and just be.
