I offer a warm, open and interested space for all parts of you and the messiness of life to be met with understanding. I believe in the potential - and, at some level - the knowing in each of us to move towards what we need in life - but difficult conditions may mean we push down on this knowing in order to survive this world, and this can cause further suffering.Â
I offer a supportive relationship to meet you in this and help you find a deeper understanding and acceptance about yourself and what you are experiencing. From there, choices and possibilities for change open up.
My approach is pluralistic: my foundational training is person-centred, the heart of my work is relational, and I draw from psychoeducation, internal family systems theory, attachment theory, somatic understandings and compassion-based interventions to help us to the work you have come to do.

My standard rates are:
- £50 per 55-minute counselling session
- £55 per 1 hour supervision session (£82.50 for 1.5 hours)
I reserve some counselling spaces at a reduced rate for those where this is not accessible. Please do get in touch and we can discuss what is affordable/possible.Â
Pay It Forward
If you in a position to comfortably afford a higher rate, even £5 more, I heartily invite this as part of a pay it forward system. This enables me to provide more sessions to those that would not otherwise be able to access a private therapist of their choice - decreasing the perpetuation of mental health inequalities, whilst still meaning I can make a living. This is an open invitation to those that it truly fits.
