Emma Dillon (she/her): BACP Accredited integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, in-person at my welcoming therapy space in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire, or alternatively online/ via telephone or via walk-and-talk in the Sowerby Bridge area.Â
My practice is rooted in empowerment, compassion, and connection. I specialise in working with identity, self-esteem, relationships and LGBTQ+ wellbeing—My aim is that you feel seen, heard, and supported exactly as you are.
I have over 15 years (8,000+ client hours) of experience as a therapist working with people 1:1 to improve their mental and physical health.
My experience has given me the skills to help you move forward with whatever you are facing with self-compassion.
I work with client's both on a short term and long term basis, depending on what is right for you.
​Whether you have been for therapy /counselling before, experienced other therapies or are considering it for the first time, your questions are entirely welcome and we will work collaboratively throughout.
As an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) I am bound by their ethical standards, including confidentiality.
