About the Therapist
I am committed to anti-oppressive practice. So my therapeutic work aims to relate to you on your terms; understanding the many intersections of identity, so that our work can empower and support you to explore your own processes and resolutions within a safe environment. Allowing therapy to be responsive to you and your world without judgement.

I am trained to work in a GRSD affirmative, non judgemental way, and I work with clients experiencing challenges with and around; sexuality, relationship structures, anxiety, trauma, depression, identity, class, disability, gender and many other factors.
I am currently undertaking a Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy with CICS.
Through all my work I am rooted in the person-centered approach:
Person-centred therapy is based on a deep respect for the person, and the belief that the relationship between counsellor and client is of primary importance. It is taken as given by person-centred therapists that it is the the client who knows best what hurts, that the client has within themselves the capacity to begin a healing process and that that process can be helped to unfold within the safe, nonjudgemnetal, understanding type of relationship that person-centred counsellors are trained to offer.

I offer sliding scale prices to support low/no income individuals. Please get in touch to discuss
I offer a free 30mins introductory session.
This is an opportunity for us to met and briefly get to know each other to understand if we are a good fit before committing to a series of sessions. This initial session could be a place to talk through any questions you have around therapy and/or what has initially drawn you to therapy.
I currently only offer online sessions, using free software.
